How do I become a Member:
IF you are not a Member and wish to join our Association, you may do so as follows:
- > at any General Membership Meeting, or
- > at first Block Shoot of season, (01-01-xxxx), and
- > perhaps at any Block Shoot during January / February / March, or
- > at any event where Membership Chairman is present, and
- > first time applicants must appear in person
In support of the above:
- > see our calendar for a list of events, and
- > goto fees schedule set out below, and
- > provided our Membership Chairman is present or someone acting for him, and
- > you may obtain a Membership Application from this site, or
- > you may obtain a Memberhip Application from Office Door in Club House
- > If you acquire a Membership Application from this site, you are requested to print it the size of a 3x5 card. See below for additional information

Membership Renewing
Memberships renewing begins October 1st. If you renew through the mail, you MUST enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope. Your membership card will be mailed back to you. Our mailing address for mail-in renewal is set out below.
A representative of Membership Committee will be at your Club House on New Year’s Day; monthly meetings, Monday nights in January for renewals, new Members and keys.
Our Membership Chairman is not required to conduct a fugitive investigation in order to determine your correct street address.

Application Printing:
You are requested to print your application as a 3 x 5 card.
Each of these will give you a printed form about the size of a 3 x 5 card.
Cut standard sheet of paper as necessary.
Use "Microsoft Photo Editor"
Load and print.

Use "Windows and Fax Viewer"
Do This With Viewer
Click on an Application Zip File
Right click on Application JPG File and Select Windows and Fax Viewer.
Click on “Print” icon at bottom of screen
On Photo Printing Wizard click “Next”
On this page, check application boxes in upper right corner, click "Next"
On next page, click “Next”
You will be presented with various formats,
scroll down to "3.5 x 5 in Prints,"
click on this format and click "Print"

Family Membership
Family Membership is for new Members only.
At present, there is no plan for renewal of Family Membership.
Rules and Regulations contain the following:
"Membership
"9 ) Family Membership will be available to include father / mother or stepfather / stepmother and all children meeting the age requirements of the club. Family membership cost to be determined by the Board of Directors."
Fees:
$50 First Adult
$40 Second Adult Additional Fees = None
$10 Each Child
A Member is able to use certain Club assets. Therefore, Family Membership will allow such Members to have access without escort; whereas, a non member must have an escort

Dues
Yearly Membership Fees:
Initiation Fee NONE * 1
Renewing regular member (with no work days) $75.00
Renewing regular member (with 2 work days) $25.00
Senior (over 65 years old and member w/ 5+ yrs, no work days) $37.50
Senior (with 2 work days) $12.50
Junior *(less than 18 years old, no work days) $10.00
First-Time New Members, Regular $50.00
First-Time New Members, Junior * $20.00 * 2
If renew by mail, you MUST include a self addressed stamped envelope with your renewal.
The general meeting is held on the second Wednesday of the month
beginning at 7 pm, at our Club House:
* 1 Initiation Fee waived by Board of Directors.
* 2 Junior members must have a Certificate of Completion from an approved
Safety Course and written permission from their parent or guardian to join.
There have been numerous snail mail Newsletters returned, at an additional postage
cost of $1.46 each, no Newsletter will be mailed to a Member who has not corrected
a known bad street address.
It is incumbent upon Membership to keep our Membership Chairman
advised of your current street address.
Our Membership Chairman is not required to conduct a fugitive
investigation in order to determine your correct street address.

ARTICLE II – MEMBERSHIP
SECTION 1 – GENERAL MEMBERSHIP
C) All applicants shall be required to submit with his / her application the current initiation fee and dues as shall be determined by the Association. Persons applying for membership between July 1 and October 1 shall pay ½ the current dues plus the full initiation fee. Those applying between October 1 and December 31 are required to pay the full dues and initiation fee, but will receive membership from the date of application through the following calendar year

RENEW CREDIT
When you renew your membership you may have earned credit toward renewal.
In order to receive a credit you must work a sanctioned work day at Club
grounds at least twice during calendar year.
If you work at Club grounds during year, verify you have received proper
credit at end of work day.
Your membership dues for next year will be one half normal renew dues, or $25.
You should be provided with a chit noting your participation at end of sanctioned
work day. (See below)
Renewal begins October 1st. If you renew between July 1 and October 1st, your
dues is one half normal fee (see above). If you renew on, or after, October 1st your
dues will be normal renewal fee; however, you will have 15 months, not 12
months, of membership. In any case you may renew prior to close of
current year.
If you have not renewed your Membership prior to February 1st of current year,
you will be considered a new member for purpose of Dues.

LIFE MEMBERSHIP QUALS
If you have been a member of our Club for twenty consecutive years,
at age sixty five you will receive a free life membership.

A "sanctioned work day" will be announced in our Newsletter; e-mail dissemination
and on this site within Calendar.
Sign attendance register, and
When you work, obtain receipt(s) the day(s) you work; give your receipt(s) to
Membership Chairman when you renew. Work days do not carry over to next year

KEYS
Adult members receive a gate key which must be turned in at Club for new key.
Replacement keys are $5, if you lost your issued key. This cost of replacement
was made inasmuch as the per key cost has significantly increased. Your initial
key will be free with your Membership.
New gate keys are available as of January 1st at each Block Shoot.
