Hunting on Club Property
On 10-13-2010 at General Membership Meeting,
Membership was reminded of following.
Hunting on Club property is limited to Members only. In order to hunt on Club property, Member, must have executed a Save and Hold Harmless Agreement. This Agreement is available from Safety Committee Chairman only, no other. This Agreement must be notarized, or have been witnessed by two (2) Club Members. Agreement must be returned to Safety Committee Chairman prior to your hunt.
You will be given a discrete number which you must place clearly on the driver’s side inside dash panel in order to advertise someone is on the property hunting. This number will advertise which Member is on Club property for purpose of hunting.
If you do not execute a Save and Hold Harmless Agreement,
you are not approved to hunt on Club property

proposed Hunting Area Diagram and a Rule and Regulation (R&R).

Save and Hold Harmless Agreement
About 09-06-2010 our Attorney furnished a reviewed copy
of a Save and Hold Harmless Agreement.
Instant agreement was given to the Chairman of Safety Committee.
This agreement, must be obtained from a member of Safety Committee.
Save and Hold Harmless Agreement expires on 09-30 of the year. Your agreement must be renewed. See our Safety Committee Chairman for a new original copy.
Safety Committee Chairman should be contacted for an original Agreement, to be executed before you are able to hunt on or after 10-01-2011
Save and Hold Harmless Agreement Utilized:
On 09-27-2010 Safety Committee Chairman advised Attorney reviewed
Save and Hold Harmless Agreement is being utilized.
At a General Membership meeting, General Membership
approved following:
1. > A Save and Hold Harmless Agreement (herein referred to as
Agreement) must be executed by individual Member who
will hunt on Club Property.
2. > Agreement is only available from Safety Committee
Chairman.
3. > Agreement must be notarized, or witnessed by two
Club Members.
4. > Agreement must be returned to Safety Committee
Chairman to be effective.
5. > Agreement will be forwarded to Club Secretary who
will make the Agreement a matter of permanent record
