When Pond Closed :
Information set out here Is not written in stone,
it will change from time to time without notice.
In the interest of safety:
Association President, or his designate, will change time Pond will close, or open, as he sees it is safe and fit.
Association President, or his designate, will change any segment of this posting as he sees it is safe and fit.
Pond closed - Monday from 4 pm to dusk during regularly scheduled Trap and / or Sporting Clays, 5 Stand and / or 10 Stand.
Pond closed - Saturday from sunrise to 6 pm, during regularly scheduled Sporting Clays.
Pond closed - any other Trap and / or Sporting Clays held on any day at any time. Pond will close one hour before the event is to begin and reopen three hours after event ends.
No fishing from Pond during time Pond closed.
Those persons who are in line for Trap or Sporting Clays shall remain on hard surface pavement / parking area near and surrounding Club House, or in Club House.
Only those persons who are next for Sporting Clays may proceed past a "hold short line" which will be in place during Trap and / or Sporting Clays. Otherwise no one is to cross hold short line.
Hold short line will be multi colour Block Shoot Building side facing Club House. Don't proceed past this side of Block Shoot Building.
Only those persons who are next for Trap can move off hard surface pavement to their positions.
If Trap Machine requires attention; Association President, or his designate, will approve individuals to proceed downrange to attend the matter. All arms unloaded, breach open.

Club House Rental :
Our Club House is available for rentals with advance reservation.
Fees: Club House $50 per day, with a cleaning deposit of $50.
Kitchen may be rented with Club House for an additional
fee of $25 per day and an additional cleaning deposit of $25.
Cleaning deposits are returned after inspection if the facilities are
in the same condition as when rented and key(s) returned.
If Club House is being used just prior to a scheduled rental; our Club
House must be cleaned and vacated not less then one hour prior to
scheduled rental time.

BOD Meeting 12-07-2011 the BOD directed:
Web Site: Put on web site, all members and officers are responsible for safety. And violations of safety will be immediately addressed. If the issue is egregious, the member will be swiftly removed from the rolls of the club. Any safety violation will be promptly attended, and if appropriate, said member will be removed from membership
